Bathurst Vet Services provides a comprehensive microchipping service for horses, specifically designed for identification purposes and breed society registration.

In addition, we extend a specialised microchipping and DNA collection service tailored for the Australian Stud Book, a mandatory requirement for all racing Thoroughbred horses. Our accredited veterinarian Dr. Jack Holman is proficient in delivering this service.

FREEZE BRANDING

Bathurst Vet Services offers a registered brand, accompanied by a complete set of number brands, for the purpose of freeze branding horses. This process is conducted under sedation, ensuring precise alignment and achievment of a crisp and legible brand.

Furthermore, our branding service is available for customers who prefer to use their own brand, ensuring flexibility and customisation to meet individual preferences.
